Forge > Forgewright if I'm correct.
Use any monk build you like. Just do your homework and bring something to counter the dungeon's speciality (eg, AoE needs LOD spammer)

I'm going through EotN with my 4th character, this time my monk.
Here's how I do dungeons: I'm LoD with several cheap 5e heals, dismiss cond and cure hex, healing ribbon, no rez, and arcane mimicry.
I take a hero monk, put Healer's Boon on him, a few prots, and another copy of dismiss cond and cure hex, and rez chant.
I arcane mimic the hero monk's Healer's Boon, and you get the full duration of it since it's based on number of skills used, not duration. So basically I can spam huge party wide heals from LoD, and the cheap 5e heals are virtually like Word of Healing because of how Healer's Boon boosts them.
I just aggro, pull back a bit, and just watch my party's health. I don't even target or prioritize or anything, because I can outheal any damage, and just wait it out until the mob dies.
This tactic can be applied about anywhere; I cleared UW with the alliance with it. It's great for HM too. This also resulted in my fastest and easiest Frostmaw win.

I think you mentioned the wrong skill in your post... you can't Mimicry Divine Boon since it's not elite. You mean Healer's Boon, right?
